About this house rental
This house is ideal for a family or small group of friends, the house sleeps 4 comfortably in two bedrooms (extra guests can be accommodated on a pull out couch). The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, dresser, chest of drawers, 2 night stands and en suite full bath, both with tile floors. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed, two night stands and tile flooring with the second full bath being right next door to that room. The second bath is a tub/ shower combo and is fully tiled.
There is a spacious Florida Room(Sunroom) opening into the living room where you will find a pull out couch and a full size desk for those working on the go. The living room features a leather sectional sofa and a 55 inch Smart LED TV , high speed Fiber Optics, digital streaming services, DVD player & Netflix. A fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, cook top and oven. We have all the pots and pans and dishware you need. Everything you need to cook a meal at home with inside dining for 6 and outside dining for 6. A nice sized screened Lani opens off of the sunroom, equipped with a large stainless steel gas grill and a outside shower for those sandy days spent at the beach. A fully fenced back yard with a tire swing, perfect for a small dog or children. Nice shade trees and a flower covered pergola are also found in the back yard. A block style fire pit, large enough to comfortably sit 6 or more people has Adirondack chairs and skewers for marshmallows...which makes this perfect for a cool night.
A dog is allowed with non refundable pet deposit. Pet deposit is $350 for 1 pet. Please contact owner if larger than 45lbs. We do make accommodations for larger pets and sometimes multiples but certain breeds we have restrictions on due to insurance purposes. This home has a 1 car garage, and a 2 car carport and a parking space for a small RV with electric hook up. There is a full sized washer and dryer just off your kitchen for your use located in the garage. The owner supplies all of your Paper Towels, Toilet Paper and Laundry Soap.
Going to the Beach? Beach Towels, 4 Adult Chairs, 2 Child Size Chairs, Umbrella's, Shark Tooth Sifter, Sand Toy's, Kidco Baby Beach Tent with Air Mattress, Sport Tent, Cooler, Fishing Poles, Beach Blanket, and a foldable beach wagon are provided. Everything you need for an awesome vacation and to make family memories!

Shamrock Park/Nature Center & Legacy Trail is .8 miles away. This is a great place to walk, picnic, play tennis, pickleball, basketball and has an awesome playground for the little ones. This park is located with in the neighborhood. Beautiful sunset views of the Intercoastal as well or a lovely place to watch the boats go by.
If you love to ride a bike, this is the place for you! Legacy Trail is an awesome ride and will go all the way to Sarasota.
Don't forget about the Sun Set Drum Circles!!

Caspersen Beach 6.7 miles

This home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for our month long stay. We will definitely stay here again. Our daughter loved the fenced in backyard with a tire swing and we loved the sun room and screened in back porch. The hosts have taken care of the property and we are grateful for their hospitality.

All the necessities in the home. They even have a beach wagon.
Lovely home on a quiet street. Spacious lounge area and nicely decorated. It's a true vacation home.
