About this house rental
A historic house in a historic neighborhood! It is the first floor, independent, of a century-old house located in the heart of Santa Teresa. Well equipped, spacious, with a cozy balcony that integrates the environments making everything clear and ventilated, with air conditioning and fans in the bedroom and living room and everything else necessary for you to have a very comfortable stay! Located right in Largo dos Guimarães, where are the main bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and the tram stop.
It is a beautiful centenary house, preserved by the historical heritage, 50 steps from Largo dos Guimarães, - the main point of Santa Teresa -, with three floors, which was divided into three independent units, one per floor. Rio Antigo, which is on the ground floor, got its name because, in addition to the architectural features of the house (with a ceiling height of 4.5 meters, and full of doors and windows), it is equipped with antique furniture and decoration, such as a wall phone and a typewriter from the last century, but equipped with modern accessories, such as microwave, wifi (60 Mbps on the cable, the wifi is around 40), hot water bath, air conditioning (in the bedroom and living room), ceiling fans (in the bedroom and living room), cable tv ...
It has a living room, with sofa bed, closet, table and chairs; bedroom with double bed and dresser, equipped kitchen, bathroom (access is via the balcony), and a delightful balcony that integrates all environments, with free views, where you can hang the hammock and relax!
The floor is rented entirely and exclusively.
