Il proprietario è molto disponibile e accogliente, l'appartamento è dotato di bagno e cucina con lavatrice e stendino elettrico che riscalda. La posizione è ottima per visitare siracusa e ortigia a piedi perché in 20 minuti si arriva ovunque, ci sono vari locali, market e negozi nella zona.
Le pecche che ho notato sono la mancanza di bagnoschiuma e shampoo, la dotazione soltanto di 2 asciugamani (grande e media), le due rampe di scale molto ripide da fare per arrivare all'appartamento (non adatte a chiunque a mio avviso), le finestre solo a tetto che non essendo oscurabili rendono una luce fredda costante a tutte le ore ed essendo appunto sotto tetto c'è molto freddo in inverno... Fortunatamente ci sono le pompe di calore

La posizione dell'appartamento è vicina ad Ortigia e Deni premuroso nel farsi trovare per la consegna elle chiavi al mio arrivo. Grazie
Per la colazione ho trovato la moka, ma non la polvere di caffè. Così pure c'è la lavatrice, ma manca il detersivo. Trovare una piccola quantità di queste cose, rende apprezzabile il soggiorno.
