posizione ottima, vicinissima alla chiesa dove è conservata ed esposta una tela del Caravaggio. raggiungibili a piedi sia Ortigia che la zona della Neapolis e il teatro greco. ottimi sia il bar che la pescheria take away che si trovano nelle vicinanze.

The communication was good with the owner and the location seems nice, very walkable to center
the room has no windows so after it is cleaned, it smells bad because it is wet and can’t dry. smells like mold the AC is difficult to turn on, the remote doesn’t work so well

Hôte disponible, enregistrement facile (boîte à clés), quartier calme et facilité et gratuité du stationnement. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Ortigia.
Propreté des lieux laissant à désirer... rideau de douche trop long et espace insuffisant pour se doucher. Oubli d'un set de serviettes... eau froide à 3 minutes de douche! Le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas au rendez-vous (40 € pour deux dans de telles conditions...)
