The lovely home of Lilia, Lilia was born to Mark and to offer a special hospitality to travelers in Syracuse. The result is' a fine open space in the main street leading into Ortigia. You will have the privilege of being at home away from home! Set 500 meters from Ortigia and a few meters from the railway station and bus stops will have the relaxing stay in Syracuse. The location of the house allows you to go easy 'is the old town and the beach area where you can enjoy comfortable and equipped beaches. The full-service studio with services and 'elegantly furnished: bathroom with shower, laundry, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, bedroom with double bed and living area with dining table and sofa bed for 2 extra seats. Air conditioning, LCD TV, iron and hair dryer and other accessories complete the amenities.

Marco’s place is in an ideal location and he is definitely an outstanding host. Upon arriving, I realized I’d forgotten my purse on the train and Marco was instrumental in helping me retrieve it. It was an over and above effort on his part and we really appreciated. The apartment is exactly as described - a comfortable bed, good shower and kitchen that was easy to use. What we liked most was the personal book Marco has for guests w his favorite spots to eat and photos and historical text to help navigate the town. We tried almost all the restaurants and they were fantastic! We walked to all the sites easily. Marco’s generous spirit and suggestions truly made our visit one to remember.

Pretty good location, with free parking down the road, communication with the owner was great, he helped us a great deal with parking as well. House was clean and comfy, would definitely go back.

Perfect location for public transport, walking to supermarket and easy straight shot to Ortigia with plenty of eateries close by. We loved the apartment which had everything we needed to cook meals and feel right at home. Marco is a great host. His personal welcome and responsiveness couldn’t be faulted. Making sure we knew how to operate the locks on the doors was a huge help! The price was right and we stayed 10 days at the end of a long European trip for some relaxing. His apartment feels like a home.

We had a wonderful time in Syracuse and would recommend Lila's House to anyone. The location was perfect. The apartment fully equipt and spotless. Marco Brunetti, our host, was most accomadating and took care of all our needs. When I left several things, he made sure that They were mailed to me and took great pains to do that properly. If you are planning a visit to Syracuse, You will not find a better place and his rental is most reasonable
