Modern and cozy apartment a few steps from the seafront of Levante di Ortigia.
The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the ground floor of a house located in one of the typical alleys of Ortigia and boasts a single open space. The entrance opens onto the living area, featuring a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle and coffee machine. A closet separates the living room from the sleeping area which comes with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
Guests will benefit from comforts such as wi-fi connection, heating, and air conditioning.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. The unit was described as having a full kitchen. There was no microwave to heat take away food in or any type of oven. There was only one knife and it was a bread knife, so very hard to cut food unless it was bread. The front living area with sleeper sofa was noisy and bright as daylight so my friend couldn't sleep - unit is right on a busy corner and there were no shades for the glass door - only a film over it. The response to requesting a small microwave was non-existent, however when I asked for sheets for the sofa (I rented specifically stating there were 2 friends staying) those were delivered promptly as I was charged an additional 26 euros. The location on Ortigia was very good.
