Bonic, net i ben amoblat. Tot molt nou, amb un llit còmode i bon equipament de cuina i TV. Es pot aparcar davant o al voltant gratis i molt fàcil si vas en cotxe.

Tot perfecte. Caminant està a uns 20 minuts d'Ortigia i a l'estiu fa molta calor, però en cotxe son 5 minuts. També té aprop el parc arqueològic. Al voltant no hi ha gaires botigues d'aliments, bars o restaurants, però això ja és cosa del barri que és residencial.

Мы были в восторге от апартаментов, не много испортило впечатление, что в описании были включены косметические принадлежности, но их не было, на что мы рассчитывали, когда бронировали , было только мыло для рук. Мы сообщили об этом владельцу, на что она извинилась и предложила воспользоваться вместо Геля для душа мылом для рук(( за это снимаю бал, а так бы поставила 10 из 10.

The apartment was clean when we arrived, nicely decorated, and the air conditioning worked very well. The location was convenient, and overall the apartment itself was comfortable.

There was an ant problem in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. The extra guest fee was understandable, but the communication about the payment was very unprofessional. I tried to find a solution, but there was no flexibility or willingness to communicate. My phone number was shared with a third person without my consent, who contacted me several times and suggested the payment could also be collected in person. This made me feel very uncomfortable and was, in my opinion, an invasion of my privacy. The apartment is also quite noisy due to the nearby road, and light from passing cars and emergency vehicles shines into the room at night through the frosted glass panel next to the entrance. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs and a sleep mask.
