About this villa rental
Very stylish sea view villa even from inside the house where you can admire breath-taking sunsets, recently built with refined architectural details and furnishings, located in a wonderful environment with great privacy in a stylish residential area. It is located in Santa Reparata Bay, a protected area bordering a marine park, in a natural setting of great style that is characterized by wind-sculpted granite rocks and a scented Mediterranean scrubland. It has a wide and fascinating private garden on three sides, two of them have a sea view with large granite rocks that lit up at night and an exterior shower, which is also in granite and provides hot water. There is a private and shaded parking space that can accommodate two large size vehicles. It has two large roofed verandas; one has an amazing sea view and barbecue, stylishly furnished with a 3 seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, large table and teak chairs. The other veranda, located on the rear, it is also furnished and surrounded by a luxuriant Mediterranean scrubland that characterizes the whole garden and a wide solarium with a breath-taking view. The house consists of a wide living room with two sofa beds, a granite wall that separates the living room from the kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom equipped with shower, while the other one has two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a junk room with washing machine. From each of the two bedrooms you can access directly the veranda located at the rear. The house has all the modern commodities: Reversible air conditioning, exterior granite shower with hot water, external open fire, Wi-Fi, and much more.

We had an amazing stay! The house is very spacious and you see some breathtaking sunsets. Host and property manager were very responsive and check-in was very smooth. Will definitely be back!

We had a nice time. The location is as advertised, the views are terrific. When we first came the place was quite dusty and very hot (seems almost as if nobody was expecting us) but thanks to air-conditioning and a broom I found on the back porch we took care of this. We were surprised that the place consists of 2 units (maybe it says it somewhere but I did not notice). During the week cleaners came a few times to the neighboring unit, and toward the end of our stay a family of 4 moved in, presumably the owners, because they also brought a large dog and a bunch of gardeners with weed whackers who made a lot of noise one day. So it was not as private and quiet as we had hoped. Also, there was no mid-week cleaning (would have been a nice touch), and no information for renters, e.g. how to deal with trash, how to recycle, good beaches nearby, recommended restaurants, how to charge mobile router etc. We had to buy our own beach towels as the only towels provided were a few smallish white ones. And 'beach front' is not quite correct: There is no way you can walk to the beach. It's a fairly steep road down (you don't want to walk it up during the afternoon heat!) and the closest beach is not very pretty. But a 5 minutes drive around the bend is a really beautiful sandy beach, where we spent spent several days. We would have also liked more comfortable lounge chairs. The outside sofa was great but only good for 1 person to lie down. The family gives it 3 of 5 stars.
