About this villa rental
Five kilometers from Santa Teresa Gallura stood the rural farmhouse LA LICCIA in the early 800s, now renovated and transformed into a manor house respectful of its characteristic country house. The 150sqm villa is composed of a large living / sitting room with fireplace, master bedroom, private bathroom and walk-in closet. In the left wing there is a double bedroom with a fireplace, a small bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom, a kitchen, two hallways, a back kitchen and a veranda with a characteristic nuraghe-style barbeque. At the entrance of the villa, a covered veranda facing east with a characteristic Sardinian view. Air conditioners throughout the home and ceiling-mounted fans. The well-kept garden of about 1000sqm surrounds the house, inside there is an outbuilding / loft of about 50 square meters with bathroom, double bed and kitchen. The property is located inside the village "La Liccia", but in a secluded and reserved position which is accessed along a private driveway equipped with electric bar and bounded entirely by stone walls of the place. Equipped with a large pool 7x15 with shared lifeguard with any guests of the village with separate access from the villa, while our guests remain undisturbed with their private access from the garden.In the village there can be convenient market, bar, restaurant-pizzeria. The property is well connected to the nearby beaches of Rena Majore and Lu Pultiddolu at about 400 / 500mt. The entire villa is rented to 5 people in the main house and 2 in the annex with kitchen use. Super equipped with every comfort, warm and enveloping furnishings. Animals are welcome. The custody and care of the house, the garden and especially our guests are guaranteed by the landlady at times to be agreed not to disturb. Bed linen, towels and toilette are at your disposal and upon your arrival there will be a small courtesy fee.

It was a pleasure to stay at this well maintained property. The host was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us the property, and suggested things we could see while we were there. I wish we could have stayed a few more days.

We couldn't have hoped for more. A beautifully furnished villa, a well equipped kitchen, a well kept garden, and an excellent location close to many great beaches and the Santa Teresa Gallura port for visiting Corsica and the archipelago. Sonia was very kind and helpful every step of the way, despite the language barrier and our need of Google translate.

Casa bellissima e pulitissima, giardino grande e molto curato in cui trascorrere momenti di relax e di gioco con i bambini, posizione perfetta perché appena fuori da Santa Teresa ma vicino alle spiagge. Che dire poi di Sonia? Trovare una padrona di casa così gentile e disponibile è quasi impossibile. Sicuramente un posto da consigliare e in cui vale la pena tornare al più presto.

Villa molto curata e con particolari di molto gusto.
In ambiente sicuro e silenziosissimo giusta per una vacanza all'insegna del relax.
Noi eravamo in 7 e abbiamo trovato tutti i nostri confort.
La villa si trova in posizione strategica per accedere a spiagge meravigliose.
