Amazing and spacious apartment of 125 square meters (1300 square feet) with 3 bed rooms, finely restored and elegantly furnished, located in an elegant building with lift and parking; it’s located in the heart of Verona (no traffic restrictions). Just a 5 minute walk by Arena square.
The apartment is very quiet and comfortable and it can accommodate up to 6 people; it has 1 large bedroom with king size bed (170 cm large) and small balcony, 1 medium bedroom with queen size bed (140 cm large), 1 small bedroom room with queen size bed (140 cm large), 2 bathrooms, very large living room, large kitchen (fully furnished), 1 bathrooms’ view and 2 bathrooms.
It is located in an elegant building with an elevator and parking (small/medium size cars maximum 1,779 mm large); otherwise the customer by car can park for free at the public parking "Città di Nimes", which is 700 meters from the apartment. The unit has fast WIFI, Flat Screen TV and it is fully loaded with all the things you might need. In preparation for your stay, the apartment will be cleaned and stocked with fresh towels and linens. It is completely private apartment and it can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is situated in a heart of Verona (reachable by car, you do not have any traffic restrictions), the neighborhood is quiet and very safe with everything you could need minutes away. It is a 5 minutes’ walk to Castelvecchio and Arena and 10 minutes’ walk to the Central Station.
It is well connected by public transport to the city Fair (5-10 minutes), to Garda Lake, the city airport via shuttle service.
