I am writing this review mainly for travelers who have realistic expectations and like to know what to expect in advance. We were prepared based on previous reviews, had a pleasant stay, and therefore gave a high rating. We stayed for 3 days (2 nights). - The location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk from the Arena di Verona, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. - The bathroom was spacious and well equipped, with a bidet and a variety of toiletries, including intimate wash products. There was always hot water and the water pressure was very good. - The apartment is located on the ground floor, slightly below street level, which makes it a bit darker than expected. The street can also be somewhat noisy in the morning. - The room has air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows, which was very helpful during the summer. The air conditioning unit is quite old and noisy, making it difficult to keep running comfortably during the night. - The apartment was well equipped with plenty of pillows and towels, as well as an iron, hairdryer, and a wardrobe. - We were pleasantly surprised to find cold bottled water in the refrigerator, ground coffee and a coffee maker, as well as basic cooking essentials such as salt, sugar, and oil. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals. Although the oven and some cookware could have been cleaner, and there were a few ants inside the refrigerator, these minor issues did not affect our overall stay. Considering the price, we found the accommodation to offer very good value for money. The things that mattered most to us were a comfortable place to sleep, a hot shower every day, and a great location, and all of those expectations were met.

It was a very comfortable apartment with everything functional and clean and a great location too

My only problem was the bathroom drain which got clogged as soon as we turned on the shower. It was a bad experience using shower
