It's in the very very centre but at the same time very calm. The facilities are new and clean, with nice details from the host. The AC is very welcome in the August heat!

Location excellent but I would park 1st and then go to accomadation. We tried the other way round which was a nightmare with one way and no entry signs. If you are staying for longer than a couple of days bear in mind parking costs!

Great location, very close to the centre. Modern apartment with bar fridge and air conditioning. There is an elevator as well. Very reasonable paid parking nearby and not in ztl. Highly recommended.

Tall ceilings. Old town location. Bed was decent. They have a nespresso machine (which I hate) good for 2 cups of coffee in the morning.

It was listed at booking.com as a bed & breakfast; there was no breakfast. Booking.com is to blame as well. Parking was a pay lot 7 blocks away and cost 12 euros. You must carry your luggage as you cannot drive to the property at all.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Mantua

New room with beautiful furniture, comfortable bed, wifi, heating at the right temperature, great shower, had all the toiletries and a powerful hairdryer. Amazing location (close to all major attractions). Cozy pastry and coffee/tea. Walking distance from the train station (15 minutes) and 3 minutes from Sordello square. Lorenzo is very helpful, polite and responds very quickly. You can also opt for self check-in and check-out, very simple and secure. Highly recommended.

Arriving by train and taxi, the cleanliness and location make it worthwhile. Not so much so, by car

Spotlessly clean and modern, very comfortable bed, location right in center of town.

Small shower with no soap dish or shelf. Only a table and two chairs for furniture (a couch or loveseat would have fit in the room without problem. Parking not convenient, at about 400 m distant in an open lot that required feeding the meter at least twice. (and the meter not taking anything but coins)

Stanza molto bella, pulita, ben curata e molto strategica come posizione. A pochissimi minuti dal centro. Non era inclusa la colazione, ma son gentili a far trovare dei dolcetti, bustine di the con bollitore e capsule di caffè con macchinetta. Stanza molto ampia con grande disimpegno all’entrata.

Alloggio ideale per visitare la città

Alloggio perfetto. Vicinissimo ai maggiori punti di interesse della città (tutti raggiungibili a piedi), ma in una via molto tranquilla. Parcheggio a due passi, a pagamento anche per più giornate. Camera ampia con frigo e Qualche accessorio per la colazione. Bagno comodo. Check in e check out in totale autonomia e molto semplice. Buonissimo assaggio di sbrisolona ad attenderci sul tavolino in camera.

Solo caldaia un po' rumorosa.

La location è eccezionale, casa d'epoca con ascensore, in centro storico vicina tutto, attrazioni, musei,.negozi, ristoranti, e se non vuoi camminare troppo sotto casa c'è il bus. Il. parcheggio in piazza a pagamento è a due passi, per soggiorni lunghi lasci la macchina fuori e Mantova regala la navetta, tutto perfettamente organizzato. La suite argento è comodissima, grande, letto comodo, armadio giusto per due persone, il bagno grande con doccia. Tutto pulitissimo. In omaggio acqua e cialde per caffè e thè. Il check in automatico ha istruzioni facili, poi hai le chiavi e nessun vincolo di orario. Ci ritornrei senz'altro

Posizione perfetta

La camera è molto ampia e luminosa. La posizione è perfetta, in centro ma in una via laterale e silenziosa. Nonostante il check-in e check-out autonomi (davvero comodi) il proprietario è molto disponibile e presente, e ha risposto subito quando l'ho contattato per un piccolo inconveniente di corrente che ha prontamente risolto. Ottima la pulizia.

C’è un silenzio raro, in alcune case. È quello che cercavo.. è quello che ho incontrato in questo B&B, nel cuore di Mantova ....un silenzio gentile, mai invadente. Ogni dettaglio dell’arredo è stato scelto con intenzione, come se la bellezza non fosse lì per impressionare, ma per far respirare meglio. Niente di superfluo, nulla lasciato al caso. Il design racconta una cura che si percepisce prima ancora di riconoscerla. Posizione centralissima (a due passi dalla meravigliosa Basilica di Sant'Andrea), ma basta chiudere la porta, e la città rimane fuori, come un rumore lontano, che non disturba. Il check-in autonomo è stato semplicissimo, ma sapere che i proprietari c’erano sempre, discreti e disponibili, ha reso l’esperienza ancora più fluida. Dopo quattro notti qui, non porto via solo il ricordo di un bel luogo, ma una sensazione sottile di serenità, difficile da spiegare. Forse è questo che cercano i viaggiatori stanchi: non solo un letto comodo, ma uno spazio che ti restituisca qualcosa. Grazie ❤️

Ottima camera in centro storico

Camera molto bella e spaziosa, in posizione centro storico. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche le bottigliette di acqua e le tisane gratis. Volendo si poteva anche farsi il caffè. Un piccolo inconveniente con internet e’ stato prontamente risolto. Rapporto qualità prezzo conveniente.

Un buono per la colazione renderebbe il tutto perfetto.

Mooie kamer, goede lokatie

Voldeed niet geheel aan de beschrijving. Er zou koelkastje zijn, was er ook maar deed het niet. Terwijl we het er juist op uitgezocht hadden om met dit warme weer na een lange dag fietsen een koud drankje te kunnen drinken. Contact met host was moeizaam, hij ontkende dat koelkast het niet deed. Beloofde uiteindelijk wat koude drankjes te komen brengen tussen 18-19 uur maar om 19.30 zelf maar de stad ingegaan, geen host gezien. Geen koelkast is te overleven maar contact met host was niet prettig.
