Comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff

Right on the ribiera in popular tourist area. Ok for a couple days but lots of noise from the street

We loved being right in the center of the riverfront activities, and enjoyed sitting in the open window listening to live music. It was convenient to the funicular up to town (to avoid the steps) and we also walked down from town without any problems. We loved Porto and found the people to be friendly, and we enjoyed the lively atmosphere in the city and at the river. We ate at the restaurant "Casario" for dinner on our last night and it was amazing food. We loved the front desk staff, especially Bruno, who were fun, friendly and helpful. The decor was fresh and appealing, like being in a bed and breakfast.

Bruno at the front desk was exceptional. Naomi (sp?) the server for breakfast and the guy that covered for her on weekend. All of the staff were awesome! Food was great. Housekeepers were fantastic!!!

More breakfast choices would be nice. We were there along time so we went through the whole menu.

I didn’t enjoy this stay but my husband did. He enjoyed the modern style of the hotel

We placed the sign on door that we didn’t want our room clean and they came in anyway. I didn’t like that we didn’t have options to grab water to go or snacks later in the day. It was right by the river which was loud outside . It was expensive. The staff was not as friendly .
