Location was awesome, breakfast was outstanding.
rooms were alittle small but they upgraded us to the top floor overlooking the river. Not at all a deal breaker

Location was terrific, view of river from my room was exceptional, food was outstanding at the restaurant, staff were helpful and friendly without exception.

Great location. Staff at breakfast were friendly, reception staff helpful
Shower over the bath was a hazard, we were told rooms had been renovated but a walk in shower would have been much better particularly with the cost of the room at over 500 euros per night. Very poor customer service in Vintology, the wine bar.
