Giuseppe is one of a kind and this is his passion and his home. He aims to provide the best experience and goes above and beyond any host I've ever had. An aperitivo on check-in, making sure we were well taken care of, and catching up in the evenings. Please only book this place if you want to have a truly authentic Italian experience, are open to receiving and giving appreciation, and can appreciate the effort into the beautiful house he has crafted.

Excepcional!

My husband and I are so grateful for the hospitality that Giuseppe welcome us with, he is an amazing host, kindly explained to us places to see and make wonderful restaurants recommendations, he always have an smile on he’s face and made us laugh so much, we are never going to forget this man, what a wonderful guy. The apt was exactly what we need it, the location is fantastic, is walking distance to the Mercado centrale, the gallery where the David is, the duomo and baptistery, the old medieval part of town, the Medici palace, ponte Vecchio all the things you need to see are a stone trow away from here, when we where to tired we will take a bird and we will be home in no time; for food you have many options around 8 m walk from the apt and a convenience store for water just crossing the street, this place is very secure for anyone traveling alone not even returning at night was a problem, this home is straight path to everything you need making it easy for you to remember how to return home. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to live a more authentic experience, we will definitely return more them ones and I am already planing to bring my full family back here, Florence is beautiful, and if you stay here you will be able to see all its magic up close. Thank you Giuseppe you made this place even more magical with your warm.

A wonderful stay in fantastic Florence!

A wonderful stay right in the middel if Florence. The property was exceptionally clean and tidy and right in the heart of Florence. We were walking distance from all the public transport lines and main attractions. Guisseppe was a kind and considerate host who made sure all our needs were well cared for and that we had everything we needed for our stay in Florence.

Perfect 😎

On my adventure around Italy Giuseppe’s accommodation was by far the most friendly, comfortable and welcoming. When we arrived to the location, we were greeted with ice cold bottles of water and a specialist wine chosen for us. We were given a tour of this amazing French inspired place. Room was very comfortable, clean and beautiful. Very close to centre of Florence and bus stop right outside the building. Our host could not have been more helpful and was always available. I would 100% stay in this location again.

The rooms are fair, but it's overpriced for what it offers

This is a homestay on the ground floor of a Palazzo located one mile from the Duomo. The room was very clean and the property has been renovated, although the decor is pretty classic Giuseppe, the host, is friendly. It's in a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the room was well-equipped.

While I acknowledge that Florence's hotel and lodging market is quite expensive, I feel like this property is overpriced for its offers. Although everything was fair and in order, this room in a homestay is priced like a 4-star hotel in other places. Although it had a bathroom in the room, I could barely move in the shower space. No breakfast, either in the facility or as a deal offer somewhere close. Since it's on the ground floor and facing the inside of the building, there's not a lot of natural light or any kind of view. IMO, for the money, you'd probably be better off in an Airbnb.

An excellent place to stay in Florence, would highly recommend, and we will certainly be returning!

The stay with Guiseppe was fantastic, he was incredibly helpful and attentive to everything we needed, providing us with lots of information about Florence and a very friendly, welcoming host. The room and bathroom were clean and a good size to share with a friend.

The only aspect that could be improved was the room temperature. While it was cooler inside the apartment than outside, the room still did not have any air conditioning and we found it to be quite hot during our stay in July.

Great host! Welcomed us with wine, beer and chips. Check in was very smooth and detailed. Language was not an issue at all as Giuseppe is very helpful and adept with the translator. Room was as advertised, very clean and cosy. Bathrooms were well equipped and functional. Bus stop and Tabacchi is right below the building, so travelling within the city is smooth within 10 minutes. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay!
