I like the location of this B&B! It is in a quiet residential area that is not far from the main attractions of Florence (David, Uffizi, etc.). The breakfast had a variety of items including delicious baked goods. While the host and staff did not speak much English (and I don't speak Italian) they were helpful and kind. Linda, who maintained the rooms, was especially helpful in making sure my stay was pleasant and my needs were met. I will be back!
The shower was a bit small but that is common in some countries. The water was hot. Nice!

Alan the receptionist was very kind, our check in was delayed due to flight & train delays, Alan stayed late and was reachable to let us go for a smooth check in process.
Disappointed with room amenities, no mirror or kettle, need a massive upgrade
