We had the Suite and it was absolutely stunning! Very clean and spacious room with an amazing bathroom! The room has a steam shower room which was great! The staff were also very friendly. We liked chilling in the garden in the evenings. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed a week in the hotel during our spring vacation. The hotel is in a beautiful mansion located on a quiet street. It's very convenient to go to the city center by tram (2 stops) or bus. Walking will take about 15min.
The room is very spacious and clean. The facilities are modern. There is a beautiful backyard in the hotel. Our room also had access to the terrace where you can see the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore.
The staff are friendly and the hotel is well maintained.
The only suggestion I had is that maybe a little more storage space in the room would be great for guests with kids and staying for a longer time.
