About this apartment rental
Our apartment is on the second floor of a newer boutique, 16 unit, beachfront condo. Located in the Golden Zone of Bucerias, the unit features a gorgeous view of the Bay of Banderas. The neighborhood is safe, ideal for foodies, beautiful and relaxed.
The open floor plan features a chef designed kitchen, dining area and a living room with unparalleled ocean views! The large terrace overlooks the bay.

The building includes an elevator, gym, hot tub and heated saltwater infinity pool, with direct access to the sandy beach and ocean.
The space
Our home is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,500 square foot condominium, with large sliding doors that open widely to the spacious terrace, allowing the gentle ocean breezes right in.
The sumptuous open floor plan living space features a master-chef designed kitchen, dining area and a living room with big terrace styled for entertainment and enjoying unparalleled ocean sunset views!
The master suite has a king size bed and an en-suite full bathroom, as well as direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, king bed and a balcony. The third bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and two queen beds. There is also a laundry room and a media room equipped with a sofa sectional. There is a half bathroom adjacent to the media room.
The chef’s kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils. There is a breakfast bar as well as a dining table for eight.
We have multiple mini split A / C units in addition to ceiling fans. There are motorized blinds with remote control. Our home has three TVs, one in the media room, one in a guest bedroom and one in the master bedroom, with cable and internet access.
This is our second home, where we spend our winters. NOT TYPICALLY AVAILABLE NOV, JAN-MARCH.

My friends and I loved this Condo and it’s location. It is well equipped and very spacious. The pool and ocean views are unbeatable and there are many lovely restaurants within walking distance. Mario the property manager is a gem ! He took excellent care of our every need. We would return in a heartbeat!

We had a great time at this condo. We have been traveling to Bucerias for 12 years and this is one of our favorite places to stay. The views were wonderful and the condo was so comfortable and made us feel at home. Many, many restaurants are in walking distance and a 2 minute cab ride to the grocery store made it easy to purchase necessities and food if we wanted to cook on the grill down by the pool. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us. We will be back!
