Condominio del Sol unit 2 welcomes guests to Bucerías, a small fishing village 12 miles north from Puerto Vallarta's International Airport and Puerto Vallarta famous village.
The town, -about 20,000 people-, has numerous excellent restaurants from which to choose, many stores for shopping, and has several religious and patriotic celebrations during the year, offering guests an opportunity to experience the charm of an authentic Mexican village.
This beautiful 1754 sq. ft. beachfront condominium is located in the best beach area with soft waves and sandy beach. Enjoy breathtaking views over the Puerto Vallarta´s Bay (Bahía de Banderas) with miles of white sandy beach at your doorstep.
Our condo is first level in a building shared with just three other privately owned condos so it offers security, great privacy and tranquility.
The huge private balcony opens from the living room area adding additional light to this spacious condo. Enjoy the oceanfront pool and deck. The condo is protected with a private locked gate.
This three bedroom/2 bath condo has an additional space to relax or sleep another body or two- in a 4th bedroom with a tiny complete bathroom. The interior is fully furnished with contemporary furniture on wall to wall tile flooring and air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms.
We have satellite TV, internet, books for all ages and games to enjoy.
If you choose to bring your laptop we have complimentary high speed internet service and there are cyber cafés near, if you prefer. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, it's own bathroom, walking closet as well as a private balcony. The second bedroom across the hall has a king size bed, and a futon that can sleep one more guest, and in the adjoining small suite we have a bunk bed with 2 twin beds. A second bathroom in the main hall looks after their needs. The third downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and its own private very small bath.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender.
The relaxed pace of the town provides the perfect place to relax and unwind, it offers a real variety of coffee shops, art galleries, and quality restaurants including Italian, Mediterranean, French, fine dining, sports bars where to laugh surrounded by Canadian, American and European friends, and even an Irish pub as well as a good selection of Mexican restaurants- all within easy walking distance from the condo.
Bucerías downtown plaza offers you seafood markets, fruit and vegetable shops, pharmacies, doctors, dentists. There are plenty of activities nearby like tennis, golf, jungle tours, horseback riding, ocean cruises, the marietas love beach ! shopping and an abundance of water sports, paddle, windsurf, kytesurf. A must see, arts and krafts market in high season and the daily fish market.
Weekly full maid service is included, additional service can be arranged for a small fee.

We had a wonderful time in the condo. There were a few small hiccups in the beginning and Susana was incredibly responsive and everything was resolved quickly. It was incredible having the pool and the beach right down our steps. For northerners like ourselves, please note there is an air conditioner in each bedroom but not the main part of the house. However, there is a great breeze if you open the back window and the front window and there are fans and we all were very comfortable. Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat!

Had a great stay during our kid’s spring break. Neighborhood felt very safe. Building had nice, strong gates that made us feel secure. The beach is beautiful!Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked.

We love the quiet location right on the ocean. Susana is very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. We are coming back again.

The property was situated right on the beach, making it easy to get to the water and nearby attractions and restaurants. The unit was spotless, well-maintained and Susana was a very communicative host. The pool was an extra plus!
