Bucerias Beach House

Location, location, location. The house is right on the beach, and a short walk to restaurants, art galleries and small stores. We enjoyed being this close to the beach, and listening to the waves at night. You are renting part of a private home, not an all-inclusive resort. The room/property photos are accurate. Pepe and Emma are exceptionally nice, give good local advice, and know where to get things. They try very hard to make sure guests have a great time. The room and pool were clean, the staff helpful, and the whales performed!!

Location on the beach and courtyard pool were both really nice . Only 4 rental suites so pool felt quite private. We stayed in the studio suite and enjoyed private time on large deck facing the ocean. Great having a full kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Lighting at night was usually off so had trouble seeing when returning home and inserting key in door.

Beachfront location and very close to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

The mattresses in both rooms were too soft for our backs... The bathroom door did not close - it got stuck.

Location was great

We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and they charged us extra for the 2nd bedroom! An extra 160 usd, so false advertising. They also have a water problem with random hot and no water on our last night there! I asked for a receipt and he said I'd have pay an Xtra 16% for it. He comes off so friendly but I think he's a little shady.
