prior to our trip, Emilio was in contact with us extremely quickly if we had questions, etc. When we arrived the entrance instructions worked perfectly. We were extremely impressed with the upgraded materials in all of the property. Everything was immaculate!! Plus we have never been to a property that had so much attention to details, and had everything included that we needed; examples we beach chairs & umbrella, cooler bag, bar-b-que, fully well stocked kitchen items, etc. etc.
We can HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Riviera and Emilio as an excellent property owner with wonderful staff!!!!

3 minutes from the beach, and a public section of the beach which was perfect. The hotel provided beach towels, chairs, a bag and a smal cooler along with a large umbrely that screwed into the grou d making it secure in the wind. Shower was amazing, AC ran cold and internet was quite fast. Will be recommending to anyone wanting to visit bucerias.
