Location, location, location!

Definitely needs some work to improve the space. Little things broken like toilet seat and patio doors. Some new paint. Just little updates would go a long way

Amazing location

Very nice location perfect for sight seeing Rome by foot. Apartment was cozy, and had most of what we expected Attentive host despite language barriers

Too many things were poorly maintained, e.g. very loose toilet seat, light fixtures not working, kitchen vent not working, coffee machine was replaced, balcony table broken and held together by plastic strips. The attentive host fixed a lot of this during our stay, so this hopefully will improve future guests' experience, but it definitely affected our overall experience. The place had the absolute minimum of what you can expect, e.g. two drinking glasses only, and there were no wine glasses in the apartment despite this great tradition in Italy? The breakfast was vacuum packed toast bread and ditto croissants, where we had to ask for butter ,which was only given to us reluctantly, so I would recommend the host scratching the breakfast offering, lower the price, and then refer guests to one of the nearby delicious bakeries for an improved experience.
