De locatie was fantastisch en stelde ons in staat om op de heetste uren van de dag in het appartement te rusten, met airco. Zeer centraal ten opzichte van de meeste bezienswaardigheden en boven de geweldige ijssalon Giolitti waar tevens een heerlijk ontbijt te verkrijgen was. De buurt voelde zeer veilig. De communicatie met de eigenaar was heel goed, de man was zeer bereikbaar en toonde zich flexibel ten aanzien van inchecken, uitchecken en bagage opslag. Kleine supermarkten in de buurt en een koelkastje met vriesvak aanwezig.
Er was geen theedoek aanwezig, dat was nog handig geweest.

Le falta mantenimiento y limpieza. Faltan utensilios básicos de cocina
La ventana del baño descascarada. El porta rollo de papel higiénico roto. Faltan utensilios de cocina. No tiene hervidor,microondas,.
El anfitrión poco amable. Impuso un horario a su antojo para pasar a cobrar el impuesto . A las 15 hs porque a él le quedaba cómodo no importándole que estamos de vacaciones y nos corta el día. Una persona muy desagradable
