Amazing location, which is why we booked it. Really comfortable beds. Great communication with the hosts pre arrvial, during arrival and also during our stay. We were running the marathon and having the ability to cook for ourselves in th kitchen was super.
Shower was very small, although the bathroom is large. Living area also smaller than expected which meant as a group of friends we had to socialise in the bedroom rather than communal living space.

location it is spot on, in front of phanteon. (you pay for that) friendly host that will meet you at the apartment to expalin you all.
for 300 EUR a day i would have expected a bit more attention to amenities: only 3 toilet paper for 3 people for 6 days stay. 3 tiny Bottle of soap for 6 days stay. no sponge to wash plates. no paper towels for kitchen. yes there is an elevator..pitty that you still have to do stairs to reach the aprtment..so in reality it is not Wheelchair accessible!

Great location, feet from the Pantheon.
The air conditioning is set at 74 degrees. Not sure it ever even got that low. Fans in the bedrooms would be nice.
