De locatie is geweldig. Dichtbij de Dom en metro/tram om de hoek.
De organisatie van dit complex zorgt voor veel gedoe. Veel administratie en bij aankomst veel instructies. Ook was het appartement nog niet schoon bij aankomst.

Welcome link said front and back page of passport and photo page with your pic and that’s exactly what we did. We didn’t have an email clarifying what they wanted and they actually wanted photo page of the passport. Instead of sending the email this is what they want they kept sending the welcome pack link again. Even whatapp said welcome to Milan take this metro but never was it mentioned you haven’t cleared security for renting the stay. We had to wait for an hour in the sun waiting for them to clear security of the documents before they emailed us the checkin information. The staff were very rude to us on the phone to me and my 16yr old son. Will not rent with flexirent again. The flat wasn’t that great for the price we paid either!
