Exceptional property, with amazing views, very clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Takes about one minute to walk to the beach and it wasn't crowded at all, a definite bonus for us. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The terrace is just incredible, provides shade and a place to chill and relax and cool off in the pool. Better than in pictures, it is spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of linen. Definitely preferred renting from a local family versus staying in a large resort Would definitely come back here!!

Nice clean house with the car park near the house , clean swimming pool, water was change before we came and while we leave house. Multi function taras with curtains and open close roof, clean grill in handy place. Nice view from the taras on the sea day time and night time especially on sun set. Easy access to the concrete sea coast 30meters by private track . Really quiet estate day time and night time. Landlord really helpful. Short distance to restaurants and boat dock. Few min drive to the Zadar Old Town and shoppingcenters. Everything positive 100% recommending!!!

Perfect for family with 2 young children, pool was great to cool off in with stunning views. Ideal location for 15 min drive to zadar and 15 min drive to sandy beaches and town of nin.
