A charming new villa house with total relaxation and excellent views of the ocean and typical town mountain and centre views.
The area of the "Silva Sol Villa" has a total of 400 m2 where the total construction area covers 300 m2 and was built in the year 2012; so new. An ample private parking cars space with remote electric gate. the construction was carried out mainly on the ground floor and the rest on the top floor. The ground floor consists of a Hall of distribution, big living room and dining room, full modern kitchen, laundry area equipped with washing machine, service bathroom in support of this area is equipped with quality. Near the dining area has ample space sliding glass outdoors to the garden and patio where is a solarium and bricks big barbecue.
The gardens space is also used as a solarium giving the feeling that we are on the beach. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms where the master bedroom is large and output to the magnificent balcony where you can relax and see the sunsets and beautiful ocean and town views, there is a large double quality bed and a built-in wardrobe, has a private bathroom equipped with shower cabin.
There is a 3rd service bathroom with bath and fully equipped. The second bedroom has other double bed equipped with ample wardrobe and a Magnifique open glass big windows to enjoy the sun and the ocean views also with a unique sunny balcony!
The surrounding house areas are surrounded and fenced with patios and garden. From an architectural perspective, this house has a volumetric discrete exterior with traditional characteristics and movement provided by the various plans facade. The construction and painting are excellent quality finishes.
The house is fully furnished with modern furniture of good quality and good taste. The "Silva Sol Villa" has a private car and pedestrian entrance with automatic gates along the road, where the distance between the road and the house provide a nice quiet environment without noises, it should be noted that this road has little traffic and Regional is very quiet, great for guests looking for peace in their holiday to relax with the sounds of birds, also has a lot of privacy because the whole property is fenced with a wall and fences.

The house was nicely sited in Arco Da Calheta, above Calheta and its bay some three kilometres away, nicely tiled inside and out.
However, the sofas were very damaged we were told by the agent that a previous guests dog had done the damage, but the sofas should have been replaced.
Saucepans in the kitchen were of a thin cheap aluminium and quite unsuitable for any sort of cooking being all but one very large.
The washing machine in the utility room appeared to only work on one setting.
The mattress in the main bedroom appeared to be made of concrete and was very uncomfortable.
No wired internet but wi-fi through some small dongle that worked OK but had to be charged up and switched on and off when not in use, there was a router on the wall that was live but not connected to any service.
The sliding electric gate did not work but had to be opened by hand not really a problem, but this had no stop on it to prevent it exceeding the limit of travel when open, so one day it went too far and crashed off its track knocking a small piece out of the wall, however if somebody had been walking past at that time they could well have ended up in hospital with a broken bone, it was very heavy and took two men to replace it this happened the day after I reported it, I left it alone after that incident.
The stray dogs need to be culled has they bark / fight day and night, but that is for the local council and seems to be normal.
The hot water temperature seemed to be turned down as it never seemed to get that hot.
The lighting was very weak bare single bulbs, no shades made our eyes strain.
The supermarket in Calheta [Prago Duce] stays open till 11pm and carries most things friendly helpful staff.
I can recommend the restaurant 'New Era' on the Marina cheerful staff and good not expensive food, though it can get busy, so you may have to wait but a drink and comfortable seating make this pleasant
