Delightful stay in a hospitable environment – had a wonderful time!

My mother and her friend visited for a few days and had an amazing stay! The owners were incredibly hospitable, making them feel comfortable right from the start. The rooms were cozy, clean, and the wonderful weather made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They loved every moment and can’t wait to come back!

Spacious apartment with kind staff

Supermarket and bakery are very close, which is very convenient. Staff was kind and helpful – I asked for shot glasses and they immediately provided some. They recommended great activities, like the Kotor viewpoint at sunset, which was absolutely fantastic and only a few minutes away by car. The apartment itself is spacious and suitable for families who prefer to cook inside.

Parking is a bit difficult for low cars. Very few restaurants nearby – it’s more for families who want to cook inside. Too few sunbeds and umbrellas – early morning towel wars are common, although the staff tries to help. No reception, which made it a bit confusing at arrival to figure out how to enter and who to contact. In the big apartment with the bunk beds there is no air conditioning, so it gets very hot. When we arrived, the terrace door could not be closed because the sliding track was broken. They tried to fix it, but it was not something that could be solved in a few minutes.

Amazing!

Everything was super great! It was the second time we were in Santorini apartments and definitely will return! Rooms are nice, clean and well equipped, the location is good, close to Tivat, Kotor and Rose. Apartments has its own parking, that is a rare find on a sea side. And also small clean beach right in front of the building with umbrellas and chair beds. All the people, who work in apartments, are very nice and hospitable. I can highly recommend this place for staying!

Great price to quality ratio - recommend.

Great location - the private beach access and the sea view is just amazing. The room was clean and the host was helpful. The price to quality ratio is superb.

We were visiting before the season and we had an impression that the outdoor part of the property could have been in a better shape. Also - our sheets hasn’t been changed once, and we stayed for a week. It could be improved. Still recommend though.

Amazing, Beautiful, Clean and Awesome experience

The apartment was awesome and close to airport and kotor.. Love the host and owner was so friendly.. Love the location the view and the best part of trip was the taxi driver Mr. Bora.. He is the old man but showed up the best view in Montenegro.. I recommend him to every visitor lovely person he is old but very experienced.. Plz guys if you want to meet Mr. Bora do go to wolfi restaurant just 5 mins walk distance from Santorini apartment and that guys will roam you whole Montenegro.. I love the experience of my stay and experience.. I will visit again and book the same apartment for next visit.. Thank you Elena(owner) such a lovely host.. Appreciate her hospitality and heartfelt welcome.. Exceptional amazing holiday spend with beautiful people.

Nice place to stay in Kotor bay

Nicely designed and well built, the rooms look awesome. Staff is very helpful and friendly Wifi is mainly fast and stable Parking place wide and long enough to accommodate most cars AC worked well and was not too noisy The property is close to the beach and has own section of the breach with recliner chairs Very comfortable mattresses and sufficient bedding/towels are provided Plenty of toys for the kids to play in the water

No washer available, although it is easy to see that all fittings are there Dishes are not as well cleaned as the rest of the Appartment Sound insulation is very poor - one can hear all doors being opened in the hall and often guests talking on n adjacent apartments The beach gets dirty during easterly winds, that bring a lot of debris and see weeds from across the bay

Very cozy, modern and spaceous hotel room with nice sourroundings.

Fantastic and modern hotel room, with everything you need! A grocery shop 50m from the hotel which was very convenient. Very helpful manager, Alena assisted us with everything we needed ☺️

Pretty small beach in front of the hotel however it is downhill so a bit hard to use the sunbeds. Not possible to use the other part of the beach or area around which was nicer. Further, we found the location not too good as we could not get any taxis (they would not pick you up so far away) so we had to rent a car all week.

Awesome

Host is so kind and welcoming, open for whatever is needed. Even went beyond to get us a taxi to go Tivat :) Location is great! Close to restaurant with great see food, close to supermarket and just couple of steps to the see :) Everything was clean and since we were there for 8 days, on day 4 they cleaned everything and changed towels. All in all - going there next year as well :)

There is no hot water anywhere outside of the shower. But that is a minor issue :)

Great and friendly owners. Very helpful - if you are looking for amazing holiday experience - this is definitely place to stay at. We had holiday trip through Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro and we been staying in multiple apartments during our trip. This apartment with service you get, was the best out of all. Definitely recommend if you are looking for quiet, private and luxury stay with great service and very nice restaurants just on doorstep to your apartments. The beautiful beach just a step outside apartment. Great - we loved it!!!

Great location and staff

Villa is very cosy, I could spend hours on the balcony because the sea view was breathtaking. You have a private beach access with purest blue water and mountains view. Not to mention the staff that was extremely helpful and nice, felt like you were a part of a family. Host Elena helped with literally everything - from ordering a taxi to booking PCR tests and amazing boat tours to Kotor and Tivat. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family and come back again!

Location is good.

No cleaning for 4 days. Too expensive for what it is. I payed for 2 rooms promising sea view, on ly one of them had it. Very bad surprise when on arrival the tenant says they only take cash. I refused, as I had already payed and as their info clearly says they accept credit cards. I checked with booking’s customer service which handled the problem very efficently

Ideal place for families with children! We stayed for 18 days (with a six month old baby and a teenager (13)) and loved every single one😊. Rooms are extra clean and modern, staff is helpful and nice, location superb👏☀️😁. We would love to come back😊

Divan apartman za svaku preporuku, a utisak nije pokvarilo ni loše vreme :-)

Veoma lep smeštaj, na divnom mestu i sa ljubaznim i divnim osobljem. Iako smo bili u februaru, iako je dva od četiri dana bravka bilo kišovito, to ništa nije umanjilo lep utisak kakav smo poneli iz Boke i iz ovog apartmana. Mogu zamisliti samo ugođaj u letnjim mesecima… Što se sobe i opremljenosti, sve je kako je navedeno u opisu. Sobe su čiste i uredne. Kreveti su udobni, kuhinja je opremljena svim neophodnim posuđem i zaista ništa ne fali. Internet je odličan, a postoje i mesta za parkiranje, koja su ograđena, tako da se za auto ne treba brinuti. Pogled na Boku sa terase je nezaboravan! I po kiši i po suncu, ujutro i naveče i kad je maglovito i vedro sam pogled na more i zalog vredi svaki cent! Domaćica Helena i osoblje su veoma ljubazni i dostupni, korektni i poslovni! Ukratko, jedan izuzetan objekat i za svaku preporuku!

U hodniku ne bi bilo loše da domaćini postave jedan čiviluk. To je možda jedini nedostatak u apartmanu… Ovo je više preporuka nego zamerka:-)

Чудово і ще раз чудово!!! Найкраща наше відпустка!

Все було чудово! Дуже гарне помешкання, чисто, затишно, неймовірний вид з балкону, море прям біля дому. Окрема подяка власниці Альоні та її мамі, працівниці Раїсі - вони допомагали абсолютно у всьому і завдяки ним наше перебування було максимально комфортним. Зустріли з аеропорту, допомогли з побутовими речами, з арендою машини, місцями, що варто відвідати, дали парасольку для пляжу - у нас було все, що треба і навіть більше!) Дозволили також залишитися довше зазначеного часу виїзду, тому ми змогли спокійно дочекатися свого рейсу. Дуже-дуже вдячні за все🙏 Навіть до заселення комунікація в чаті була надзвичайно приємною та душевною, дали зрозуміти, що про нас потурбуються - таке рідко зустрінеш❤️ Дякуємо та бажаємо процвітання! Обовʼязково повернемось ще! Рекомендую на всі 100%!

A tenger közelsége.

A konyhában egy használható edény volt és egy nagyon pici edény. Amennyiben főztünk volna, nem tudtuk volna megoldani. Hárman voltunk, először 2 széket kaptunk, külön kellett kérni és a vállfát is. Nem volt hely a ruháinknak sem, pici szekrény. A széf rossz volt és ki lehetett venni, nem volt rögzítve .

Gutes Preis-Leistings-Verhältnis

Die Lage ist super schön und man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sauber, und ein Parkplatz ist vor der Tür.

Wir hatten uns ein wenig von den Bildern und Kommentaren leiten lassen..leider waren zu unserem Zeitpunkt der Reise, keinerlei Sachen außerhalb des Zimmers aufgebaut. Keine Bestuhlung oder Spielgeräte für die Kinder und auch keine Möglichkeit etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. Die Rezeption diente lediglich als Abstellraum. Zudem war unsere Terrasse im Zimmer kaputt (was eig. Das Highlight des Zimmers war). Uns wurde gesagt dass sie zeitnah repariert wird, was aber nicht erfolgte. Die Kommunikation war schwierig, da nur russisch gesprochen wurde. die Ausstattung in der Küche war ok.

Самые вкусные завтраки- это в двух минутах Pekara, насладиться горячим и ароматным кофе утром, как мотив для прекрасного дня! Удобная, мягкая и большая кровать.Утро начинается с морского ветра, заходящего в комнату через открытую форточку. Гостиная с мягким диваном отлично подходит для отдыха после прогулок по городу или поездок к достопримечательностям. Хозяева очень приветливые. Общаясь с ними, ощущаешь тепло и близость настоящих друзей. Отель SANTORINI запоминается своей тишиной, простым комфортом и хорошим отношением персонала. Сюда хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Расположение отеля отличное, ехать на машине до Тивата и Котора 17-20 минут.
