We were confused that the instructions did not match the lock on the door. Instructions said to enter code and push the lock button (same as our own home) but the lock set had a deadbolt to turn. So updated instructions would be helpful for guests.
The 10 am checkout; it’s a bit early with a 4pm check in then the 10 am check out left us feeling rushed. Also the bill detail listed the rent then lump sum of fees which was more than the rent.

The location on the river is beautiful! There is plenty of beds to accommodate several people. Super close to Inks Lake and Longhorn Cavern State Park, as well as couple of wineries.
We arrived and there were no plugs for the kayaks, and then the ones we did receive did not fit properly, rendering them useless to us. It would have been nice to have had more floats to use on the river, as we don't have our own. Overall pricing seems steep, but it was a special occasion, so we booked.
