Greatly facilitated apartment

I came to Murnau to visit a sick family member, so I needed a place to return to in the evening and rest. The apartment was very clean, a little cozy, practical and comfortable. The shower and bed were amazing. But I especially appreciate the host, Oliver, who helped me out in any way he could with directions and tips, which made the whole experience of being in a foreign country while you're worried about your parent a little bit better. I could always knock on his office door on the lower floor if I had questions. I'd love to return one day under more pleasant circumstances. The location was very close to a train station and it was a short walk to the city center. The apartment also had a balcony, kitchen, barbecue and there are saunas outside. So it's great to have a great holiday in Murnau. Would definitely book a City Suite again if I'm ever there again.

It's pricy, but that's to be expected in this area and with this quality. It was actually not as expensive as some of the other things I saw on Booking.

Perfect in every way

Absolutely fantastic accommodation in a wonderful town. The host was lovely, the location was fantastic and the apartment was stunning. The kitchen was well supplied, allowing you to cook in, and the host had even left a free bottle of wine. Everything was fantastic. We will certainly be back- thank you for a lovely stay!

If you're driving, get a smaller car- or be better at driving than me. The onsite parking is really handy- but very narrow!

Relaxed and lux stay!

The apartment is elegant and well decorated. It has all the amenities that you need to enjoy a relaxed holiday and sleep under the stars. Pet friendly with your own terrace that offers plenty of privacy and beautiful views of the area. The host was great, friendly and extremely professional. The building is located closely to the supermarket and shopping street. You drive to different lakes around the area and enjoy stunning views in no time.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem sehr sauberen, komfortablen Haus mit toller Sauna und einem freundlichen, hilf

Wir haben drei wundervolle Tage an diesem schönen Ort verbracht. Alles war einfach auf höchstem Niveau – uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr bequem, und Herr Hopp war immer erreichbar und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Besonders möchten wir die Sauna hervorheben – sie hat unseren Urlaub perfekt ergänzt und zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auf unsere Anfrage wurde auch ein Klappbett für unser Kind bereitgestellt, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Luxus Wohnung und Eleganz !! Das kann nicht getoppt werden !!

Es ist sehr schwierig die vielen Positiven Bewertungen ( zu Recht) noch zu Toppen. Hier hat sich jemand was gedacht beim Bau dieses Hauses. Es ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase !!! Die Wohnung ( Suite Nr.7)-die Sauna- die Kommunikation mit Herrn Hopp-die Lage-die Sauberkeit- In allen Räumen je ein großer TV-die freie Badewanne in einem Schlafzimmer-Der große Balkon- Die Einrichtung- Der Info Ordner- Die Geschäfte in der Nähe ( Edeka-Aldi-Rewe-Getränkemarkt -Tankstellen usw.) Großer kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe. Besten Dank auch für den Willkommensgruß und den Sekt mit Marzipan zu Silvester ! Eine Luxus Wohnung mit tollen Betten bzw. Matratzen. Hier kann man sich vermutlich zu jeder Jahreszeit erholen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Suite. Besten Dank auch an das Reinigungspersonal, dass am Sonntag eine Zwischenreinigung einlegte und alles sehr Liebevoll wieder hergerichtet hat. Wir werden und wiedersehen !!

Urlaub- leider an der Durchfahrtsstraße von Murnau

Die Suites sind sehr großzügig im Platzangebot. Herr Hopp als Mitarbeiter ist für alle Belange immer ansprechbar und unterstützt aktiv bei allen Anfragen. Das war super. Die Stadt Murnau ist 5min Gehweg entfernt. Hunde sind willkommen.

Der Name City Suites verrät schon, dass diese Unterkunft zentral im Ort Murnau liegt. Das bedeutet, direkt an einer Durchfahrtsstraße, somit ist leider auch nachts mit einem Verkehrsaufkommen zu rechnen. Bei hohen Temperaturen wird es in den Räumen sehr warm.

Besser nicht im Hochsommer...

Suite 5 im August 2025: Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmern. Vollständigst ausgestattet. Sauber. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Rewe, Aldi und Bäcker in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Grillforum und Gelato Matto in sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Statt der kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage kann man auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz nahe Aldi parken.

Wasserleitung in der Wand zur Waschmaschine nicht geräuschisoliert. Generell keine wirksame Geräuschisolierung zu den Nachbarwohnungen - man hört Gespräche und den Fernseher. Keine Wohnraumlüftung, Klimaanlage oder wenigstens ein Ventilator. Rolläden nicht an allen relevanten Fenstern/Balkontüren. Schwer zu reinigender Designer-Esstisch. Direkt an Hauptdurchzugsstraße mit hohen Verkehrsaufkommen - bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber kein Problem.

Einfach perfekter Ort, um sich im Allgäu zu entspannen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ästhetisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Zudem ist die Wohnung neuwertig, großzügig geschnitten und die Sauna war toll und lud zum entspannen ein. Auch die Abwicklung war einfach super! Einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz haben wir auch kurzfristig zur Verfügung bekommen. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und auch unser Hund war ein sehr willkommener Gast!

Schickes geräumiges Appartement über den Dächern von Murnau in idealer Lage!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement im Dachgeschoss: Achtung: ich bin 1,80 m groß und habe mir an Dachschrägen schon mal den Kopf gestoßen! Aber alles in neuem ist die Wohnung traumhaft schön und großzügig. Funktionale Dachterrasse, gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist praktisch, aber nicht geeeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet, allerdings ist das zweite Schlafzimmer sehr klein, und der Stil insgesamt eher unterkühlt.

Die Lage ist extrem schlecht. Die Wohnung liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, wo Tag und Nacht der Autolärm zu hören ist, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zu dieser Straße hinaus. Auf der Wohnzimmerseite gibt es einen Balkon mit Blick auf eine Art Parkplatz bzw. Gewerbehof, alles andere als idyllisch.

Wunderschöne Wohnung (wir hatten Suite 7 im 2. OG). Es war wirklich alles top, genau wie beschrieben… besser geht nicht! Haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Alles prima organisiert und der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar - wirklich klasse!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, von dort aus war man auch schnell am Staffelsee oder im Zentrum.
