The friendly staff, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms, and well equipped. The beds are pretty comfy as well.
The only problem was the steep staircase...

Great staff who are extremely welcoming, accommodating and work hard to give a great holiday experience.
The hotel is very modern and you can see that it has been decorated with quality in mind, it felt pretty luxurious and at the same time comfortable, with various areas for eating and relaxing. Also very well cleaned at all times!
The room had a very well stocked kitchen in terms of cooking implements which was helpful for us as we wanted to cook and go out for some meals. The balcony with seating was great and there were modern TVs and good storage in our room.
Breakfast was fantastic, a great offer of such variety ranging from pastries, cakes and bread to cheeses, meats (hot and cold), salads, olives, dressings and then fruit and Greek yoghurt. Also fresh juice and coffee of course! It’s safe to say we didn’t need much lunch after this.
The property is also located about 2 minutes from the seafront and main strand of restaurants and shops, but it didn’t feel too loud or busy at any point. There’s a great view of the mountains from most balconies and also the pool and at breakfast you can sit out either fully or semi al fresco.
Parking was also easy to find and close to the property for ease.
To be honest, we can’t believe we got such a great deal here! We would certainly like to return in the future.
The shower was fantastic but it seemed between being a wet room and not and made a bit of a mess. There was a jet setting on the shower we chose not to use because we did think it could have possibly made worse mess. Everything dried off eventually but at the start of the stay i was just a little worried about whether I was using everything right.
We would have loved for the pool to be open later for evening swim, but perhaps it later in the season!
Noted that there was an LED light strip behind the sofa (which was quite bright) but no lamps. There were battery powered fake candles but not enough batteries. So some mood lighting for the evening would have been good.
Providing a wall or door hooks for jackets would be helpful, as once you’ve hung clothes in the wardrobe there are no hangers left for jackets (even on a 5 day stay)
Finally, I’d have appreciated some space in one kitchen cupboard in case people are buying small amounts of food such as bread, crisps, coffee. It was a little cramped and perhaps could just provide smaller pans, or less coffee making implements to open up more space.
