Nice little boutique hotel in Plakias

The friendly staff, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms, and well equipped. The beds are pretty comfy as well.

Fantastic staff, beautiful property in an excellent location

Great staff who are extremely welcoming, accommodating and work hard to give a great holiday experience. The hotel is very modern and you can see that it has been decorated with quality in mind, it felt pretty luxurious and at the same time comfortable, with various areas for eating and relaxing. Also very well cleaned at all times! The room had a very well stocked kitchen in terms of cooking implements which was helpful for us as we wanted to cook and go out for some meals. The balcony with seating was great and there were modern TVs and good storage in our room. Breakfast was fantastic, a great offer of such variety ranging from pastries, cakes and bread to cheeses, meats (hot and cold), salads, olives, dressings and then fruit and Greek yoghurt. Also fresh juice and coffee of course! It’s safe to say we didn’t need much lunch after this. The property is also located about 2 minutes from the seafront and main strand of restaurants and shops, but it didn’t feel too loud or busy at any point. There’s a great view of the mountains from most balconies and also the pool and at breakfast you can sit out either fully or semi al fresco. Parking was also easy to find and close to the property for ease. To be honest, we can’t believe we got such a great deal here! We would certainly like to return in the future.

The shower was fantastic but it seemed between being a wet room and not and made a bit of a mess. There was a jet setting on the shower we chose not to use because we did think it could have possibly made worse mess. Everything dried off eventually but at the start of the stay i was just a little worried about whether I was using everything right. We would have loved for the pool to be open later for evening swim, but perhaps it later in the season! Noted that there was an LED light strip behind the sofa (which was quite bright) but no lamps. There were battery powered fake candles but not enough batteries. So some mood lighting for the evening would have been good. Providing a wall or door hooks for jackets would be helpful, as once you’ve hung clothes in the wardrobe there are no hangers left for jackets (even on a 5 day stay) Finally, I’d have appreciated some space in one kitchen cupboard in case people are buying small amounts of food such as bread, crisps, coffee. It was a little cramped and perhaps could just provide smaller pans, or less coffee making implements to open up more space.

Lovely fresh boutique hotel - rooms with superb facilities

Fabulous boutique hotel in a quiet location but close to the beach, tavernas shops etc. Really friendly staff. Great breakfast with huge choices changing each day. Rooms are amazing - really spacious. Kitchen facilities ample if you wish to self cater. Bathroom roomy and shower powerful with several settings. Housekeeping really efficient - all completed whilst we ate breakfast. Swimming pool area clean with plenty of loungers and umberellas. Ample car parking around the hotel

A little luxury, lots of space and lovely staff

The hotel is stylish, airy and our king suite with sea and pool views spacious and well furnished. The beds and bedding very comfortable. and there is a luxe shower with four types of shower head. Gorgeous smelling shower gel, shampoo and handwash. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast is plentiful, fresh and with lots of variety, includes freshly squeezed orange juice and barista coffee.

Wonderful hotel with amazing stuff, big and nice breakfasts, cozy rooms and great atmosphere. Kind and attentive stuff, especially the man who makes excellent cappuccino every breakfast. Beautiful oasis in the backstreets of Plakias

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special at Cyano. Every detail is covered from the friendly and welcoming staff to the surprise birthday cake in the fridge in our room waiting for us. The site is well designed and modern and immaculately clean. Rooms are comfortable with quality furnishings, decor and amenities. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful as was the coffee which was made to order. The cocktails at the pool bar are good value for money and highly recommended. We would certainly stay at Cyano again if we ever return to Plakias and I have already recommended it to friends who visit Plakias regularly.

The only slight issue we had was with two children who were consistently screaming and throwing tantrums around the pool, which did spoil our enjoyment a little. They were also throwing what sounded like a ball against our adjoining room wall. However this is a family friendly hotel so some noise is expected.

Excellent breakfast. Perfect location. Immaculate rooms. Professional and courteous stuff. The pool was extremely clean. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are fully eqipped and very modern. Absolutely nothing to complain about, we truly had a wonderful stay.

Very pleasurable.. it was hard to leave

Amazing staff, very attentive and organised. They keep in radio communication so when you go to breakfast your room is cleaned before you return. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is great, everything is clean and air conditioning is very quiet and very effective.

It is very difficult to think of anything I did not like. The bedside light switches were in a slightly awkward place is about the only thing I can think of!
