The room was awesome... large, spacious, and very comfortable. The separate rooms for kitchen, lounge, and bedroom, were really appreciated. Also loved the large balconies, and the location in Tuol Kork was perfect. All the staff were also very polite and helpful.
The first room we were given had bed bugs in the bed. This really was the only disappointment. But thankfully, they had another room available, down one level. No bed bugs there. Also, just a small complaint, the gym and pool were too far away from our room, and there were no towels provided... we had to ask for more bath towels. Please include towels for the gym and pool.

You do not need anything except google translate to run with receptionist. Just drop the luggage and everything is there.
But on the day of check out, we need one bottle of water and one small hotel pack sugar and they do not give at all due to day of checking out. How much does it cost to do this such in customer service? We have baby and packing to check out and could not go out to buy those things. We have urgent last moment needs .

Very big apartment. Very nice staff. place to park the car in safe area. Shops on the main street are very close.
Rooftop pool is very dirty full of pigeons taking their bath.

The space was great and plenty of room for our family. We loved the pool!
There were many ants throughout the apartment and caused us to throw away some food they had gotten into.
