    everything was ok, the room was as described with a kitchenette and clothes washer. The only thing that was surprisingly missing was the lack of a health faucet in the washroom. This was surprising as i have encountered this for the first time in an hotel in cambodia.

    I booked a one month stay for my parents overseas. Cons: Initially there was an issue with the accuracy of the photos posted online compared to the room they actually got. It was not accurate. Much smaller room, smaller bed, different color scheme and layout. Online gave me the option to request small or large bed size but the room had a small bed. My parents were told at first they can't change the bed size. With some extra investigation, I had reached out to management from the US which was quite stressful due to the time zone difference all while hoping management would respond which they did thankfully. At some point management did stop responding and I was left wondering in limbo what the resolution was. Maybe it was relayed to the staff on site because they were a lot more accommodating after. The layout was different and significantly smaller. What the room looked like did not match what I booked online. It seemed they used similar or same photos for most of the rooms making it hard to distinguish which room is which when booking only realizing it after it's already booked and discovered upon arrival. The only reason I settled was due to my parents deciding to stay because it's less stress during travel. Also because the staff was caring, my parents felt safe there, it was very clean and modern. Pros: After speaking to management, staff was very professional, responsive, caring and accommodating to my older parents. They offered to swap out the bed size. The place was very clean, included a lot of modern amenities like 2 in 1 washer and dryer if it's in the room, laundry service, heated toilet seat with automatic lid that lifts when it detects motion, large refrigerator, a small kitchenette and eating area (table for 2), and small TV room. Aside from the inaccuracy of the room, it was a comfortable stay for my parents.

    Beautiful hotel but I am not fond of the room design, too many doors and unsuitable furniture and settings set up and waste spaces for living. can't image how does the owner like such stupid decoration, any customer would prefer a big space for living not walk in a maze for fun. Service is good, people are kind. no deposit require for check in and it's great for customer. by the way, some equipment doesn't work and hotel needs to fix.
