    We usually use this hotel when we have to go to Royal Phnom Penh Hospital. The location is great and easily accessible.

    My recent 4-day stay at Grand Residence, Phnom Penh was nothing short of a nightmare. It was a complete waste of money and easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. To start with, the room service was absolutely pathetic. Despite repeated requests, I couldn’t get anyone to clean the room throughout my entire stay. The basics of hospitality were shockingly absent. Even more troubling was the attitude and behavior of the staff. They were consistently unprofessional—rude, unhelpful, and shockingly, appeared to be intoxicated most of the time. It's hard to overstate how uncomfortable and unsafe this made the entire experience feel. The management clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction or maintaining any standard of service. The property itself is poorly maintained, and there seems to be zero accountability or oversight. In summary, I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Grand Residence to look elsewhere. There are far better options in Phnom Penh that actually care about their guests and provide the basic decency and service one would expect. Avoid at all costs.
