Very clean accommodation. Excellent location.

Location is good. Water, tea, coffee & biscuits were a welcome bonus.

Shower cubicle had a little black mould growing on the grout. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it had been on previous stays. Someone else's stray sock was found under furniture.

From booking the hosts communicated well with us. We stayed for three nights at the end of August. We were very impressed with the accommodation. We were in room 3 on the ground floor. It was spacious, clean and really well decorated. The bed is king-sized and super comfortable. There is plenty of storage for clothes and a small fridge. Parking was mostly on the street but it's a quiet road so no problem finding a space outside the property. There is one car space available on the drive on a first come first served basis. The property was well located within walking distance to Seaham Harbour and beach front shopping, some great bars and cafés. Several beaches are close by, you could walk but we drove and parked in the pay and display parking. We even managed to collect some sea glass. We would highly recommend a stay at no 16. If we are ever back in the area it will be our go to place to stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location, spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. I’ve already booked to go back!
