La vue depuis l'appartement ainsi que sa superficie.
Malheureusement, ça manquait de vaisselle. Salpêtre sur les murs, rouille dans un placard de vaisselle et dans la douche. La hotte qui ne fonctionne pas. Micro onde + four sales. La serpiere n'était pas passée. Manque de ventilation. Menuiserie rongée par les termites. Manque d'entretien général. Les escaliers ne sont pas précisé dans les informations sur l'appartement.
