‘CASA BOUGANVILLE' IS A WELCOMING MEDITERRANEAN-STYLE HOUSE DIVIDED INTO TWO SEPARATE APARTMENTS ABOUT 150 METERS FROM THE BEACH OF BOSA MARINA, WITH PRIVATE GARDEN, BBQ, OUTDOOR SHOWER, PRIVATE VERANDAS WHICH CAN BE RENTED EITHER SEPERATELY OR TOGETHER.
CASA ‘ACQUA MARINA’- on the ground floor
This apartment has a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen with an island and a bathroom with shower.
There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, TV, DVD and WIFI.
The apartment has its own private entrance and its own private veranda in the garden, which is furnished with teak furniture. The garden offers space to relax and is equipped with sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower.
In a few minutes' walk ( approx. 150 metres) you reach the long sandy beach (free of charge) which slopes gently into the sea, the promenade with its restaurants, cafés and small shops.
Please note that the outdoor shower and barbecue are shared with the apartment 'Stella Marina'.
Secure space for bicycles and motorbikes in the private garden.

Beautiful family holiday house in an ideal location. Only a 2 min walk to a beautiful sandy beach and a 5min drive to Bosa old town and 4min drive to a grocery shop. The house is very functional, and well equipped. The outdoor shower is a great addition when coming back from a day at the beach. There is an outdoor barbecue and an outdoor area where to sit and relax. I loved everything about the house, we had a wonderful holiday.

We had a great time at Pietro’s apartment. We were welcomed when we arrived with a lovely bottle of local wine and really enjoyed staying there. We BBQ’d a couple of times and picked lemons from the tree for our gin ! The apartment had everything we needed with plenty of space for tbe 4 of us. Bosa Marina beach is really close and we had a great meal at the Galleon restaurant along the sea front. Alghero was a great day trip away - we went twice during our 9 days. The beach equipment was really useful. Thanks Pietro !

I rented the two houses for Easter weekend for a group of 10 of us. Not knowing what to expect I was very happy with the place especially for the value.
The villas are located very handy to the Marina and beach and a short walk from scenic Bosa. The villas themselves were great. They were very spacious and tidy and the kitchens well equipped for knocking together and Italian feast.
The outside dining area was also very handy and there is a BBQ available for use. I would definitely recommend staying here and the owner was very helpful and friendly (even when we locked out keys inside!)
