The house, renovated farm building is 2 km from the town of Santa Caterina, 10 km from the city of Cuglieri, it consists of a large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and pantry, equipped with all amenities, heating, air conditioning, fully equipped rustic style. The house is surrounded by a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views from this point you can see both the sea and the mountains. Barbecue and outdoor shower a large stone table for al fresco dining. In the country and also in the seaside resort you can find all the services of the bank, post office, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Nearby, Ski Resort, tennis courts and the opportunity to discover the whole area full of nature trails spectacular waterfalls, caves, rock pools. A rural location with views of both sea and mountains..... A perfect holiday retreat for those who enjoy peace and quiet and space to relax and enjoy themselves! The accommodation had everything we needed - the pool was so welcome in the heat! Amenities were not too far away in the car with plenty of opportunities to explore nearby towns and villages and historical sites as well as beaches to enjoy as well. We loved the nature and wildlife that was on our doorstep too.Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The property, grounds and pool are well maintained.We can highly recommend Casa Asfodeli!

Das von Louisa und Giovanna gepflegte und verwaltete Ferienhaus ist groß und geräumig. Nicht nur die Schlafzimmer, bzw. Betten entsprechen der angegebenen Personenzahl. Auch der Esstisch ist groß genug und Essgeschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Küche ausreichend groß und die Ausstattung ganz gut. Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den Doppelbetten sind groß und ideal für Paare. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit dem Etagenbett eignet sich eher für Kinder und Jugendliche bis 180 cm Größe. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind hervorragend gepflegt und man findet genügend Platz in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Der Empfang in der Ferienwohnung war herzlich und es wurde einem alles Erforderliche erklärt. Loisa gab auch Hilfestellung zu Stränden und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die direkte Umgebung vom Ferienhaus ist ländlich und besteht aus ein paar Schafhaltungen. Keine Angst vor deren kleinen Hütehunden. Sie kommen nur bis zum Weg und verkläffen jeden. Solange man nicht aufs Grundstück kommt oder sich zu sehr für die Schafe und Ziegen interessiert lassen sie einen in Ruhe. Ich konnte morgens mit meinem Hund immer in Ruhe joggen. Der kleine und immer saubere Pool war anschließend die richtige Abkühlung. Wegen der Waldbrände im Juli 2021 gab es um Cuglieri dieses Jahr nicht viel zu sehen, da weder die Nahe gelegenen Wasserfälle, noch die Burgruinen deswegen zugänglich waren. Dafür wurde man durch die herrlichen Strände und zum Baden geeigneten Felsküsten zwischen Bosa und der Halbinsel Sini entschädigt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, zu dem auch das tolle Ferienhaus erheblich begetragen hat.

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir haben bewusst ein ruhiges Quartier gesucht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und Giovanna, die Vermieterin, ist liebevoll um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Mille granzie.
