About this house rental
We go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable in modern yet rustic 1600 sq ft loft. This is a historic property that served as a town garage in the 1800s and early 1900s. It was completely remodeled, but you still get to experience the exposed brick and painting on the walls. The property is in the heart of Florence, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. This property is quiet and spacious.
Parking is available out front.
We provide the basics like dinnerware, cookware, pots, pans, flatware, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry supplies, dishwashing soap, plastic bags, foil, spices, etc.
We have Roku TVs in the bedrooms so you can stream movies and you can watch cable through the Spectrum app.
There is a swamp cooler in the main living area and window AC units in the bedrooms. Please turn them off prior to leaving.
Garbage is dumped on Mondays. Please use the Howard Disposal garbage bin out front.

We loved the location and historic feel of this property. It is well stocked and comfortable. Communication was easy. I would just say the unit could use a touch of TLC. The fire alarm went off twice while we there for no apparent reason and the toilet over flowed and we couldn’t figure out why. Aside from those odd occurrences, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, cozy and welcoming. Centrally located to ensure you are in within a manageable driving distance to the Royal Gorge, Garden of the gods and Pikes Peak. Walking distance to local brewery and restaurants. Our kids loved the amenities provided with the rental. Fully furnished kitchen made it nice when we did not feel like dinning out! Local grocery store 8 min up the road had everything we needed as well. We will stay again next time we are in the area!

Spacious and quiet. More amenities than you would expect. While it is next to a bar, it was still quiet, even on Saturday night. Friendly town. Be aware it's 19 steps up once you enter the front door.
