Located just minutes from light rail, downtown Littleton, Aspen Grove Shopping center, Hudson Botanic Gardens. Easy access to C470 to Red Rocks or the mountains. Easily sleeps 6.

Very generous great room with two sofas and large armchair in living area near TV and fireplace, large dining table with comfortable room for eight, and a spacious kitchen with island and plenty of utensils and small appliances. Large separate sitting room with lounge, day bed, desk. Adequate bedrooms with updated bathrooms. In other words, we found plenty of "elbow room" for our week-long stay during which we entertained family for Thanksgiving meals. Large yard with view of ducks on the pond, but good privacy.
Only downside for the aging seniors that we are is the master king bed, which is quite low, barely higher than a futon.

Our family needed a place to call home for almost two months while our home was being completed. This home is just perfect in every way!!!!!! It is warm, inviting and absolutely comfortable. Ruth is the best hostess ever! She was delightful, responsive and really cared about the quality of our stay on a very personal level. The backyard is breathtaking....pictures cannot do it justice. It is an oasis in the center of everything Denver has to offer. Just minutes to downtown Littleton and a easy access to downtown. We are so blessed to have called this lovely place "home" for the few months we were there. We could not recommend more highly!!!!!!!!
