Excellent location, nice house, good facilities.
When we booked we didn't know there was a lodger living in the basement. There is very little sound insulation between the basement and the house, so we could hear talking at normal levels as if someone were in the next room. It was not loud talking - just a normal volume, but was quite disturbing when trying to get to sleep, especially as we were jet lagged and wanted to go to bed at 9 pm. I think the advert should state that someone is living in the basement, and the sound insulation between the wooden floor and the basement should be improved.

We enjoyed every little bit of charm of this home in the owner. Lucas was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in Littleton.
