Charming and renovated flat in the heart of Athens

- La situation géographique de l'appartement permet de tout faire à pied pour de bons marcheurs. - La literie était agréable, très propres et douillette. - Les hauts plafonds de l'appartement donnent de bons volumes. - Très pratique pour une famille avec deux enfants.

- Manque de couverts (seulement 2 fourchettes alors que nous étions 4) - Il eut été appréciable de pouvoir bénéficier d'une machine à laver le linge pour une famille lors d'un séjour d'une semaine. - Prévenir des jours d'affluence des bars en bas car salon bruyant les jeudi, vendredi et samedi soir. - Les graffitis ne souhaitent pas la bienvenue aux touristes et aux Airb&b, pas très accueillant...

The flat has a large desk for office work with a comfortable office chair. The flat is spacious overall and the bedroom is on the backside, far away from the cafes on the street. The location is nice, a few steps from Lycabettus mountain to go for a walk, the city centre is 15 min away and Kolonaki 10min.

A better mattress will help, as well as a comfy chair to enjoy more the balcony. The owner said he will take care of this soon.

The apartment is big with all facilities that you need (e.g., washing machine, microwave, hairdryer). The location is great, just 7 minutes to the metro station (Panepistimio), 30 minutes to Acropolis and 15 minutes to the National Garden on foot. In the neighbourhood there are lots of great bars and restaurants with foods even better than in the very city center. The communication with the owner was very good. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

There is a market nearby and a lot of coffee shops. 12 minutes to city center by foot.

The bathroom door doesn't close properly. The balconies are unusable and the doors do not close enough and thw wind blows inside the apartment and during winter it is very cold. We needed to use the AC all the time. The living room does not have a door so there is no privacy for the people sleeping there. The carpet is very dirty.
