Studio with sunny balcony in Exarcheia

Great location within a 25 minute walk to the centre of Athens

The balcony was so hot you could not sit outside, perhaps a canopy of some sort should be considered, this is my personal comment only

we only needed the room for less than 12 hours but it had everything we needed to get sleep and organised for our next trip the next morning

the balcony was nice and the location was also good for restaurants and cafes.

it was smaller than it appears on the photos. unpacking luggage was kind of a struggle.

there were kitchen facilities and tools. picking up the keys and arriving was easy and clear. the instructions for everything were printed and put at the entrance of the room

First there were no towels and no blanket!! only after I came I saw that in order to receive towels and sheets there should be extra fee(??) but it was also unclear where to pay the fee. Luckily I had my own towel and blanket otherwise I would freeze! When I entered there were at least 6 huge mosquitoes I had to run after and kill, The room is the same as in the pictures, but there aren't any plants and it feels plain and dead. The photos are heavily edited and it doesn't feel at all as cozy and nice as it looks in the pictures. I didn't enjoy my stay at all.
