Price is definitely the best advantage.
Neighbourhood with shops, cafeterias and bars, touristic centre and metro station within about 15 mins walk.
The bed is big and very comfortable.
Easy communication with the owner/host.
Nice wi-fi.
Generally, the stay was what I have expected it to be but I didn't spend much time inside.
Previous opinions are correct (I was aware of the conditions before I got there).
The flat lacks daylight, lamps are also quite dim but it's not a big deal if you're out all day long.
The window was draughty so I could hear people talking outside in the evening and garbage truck in the morning.
The whole bathroom floor got wet while I was taking a shower because there is no separate cabin (flip-flops recommended).
Microwave wasn't working well.

Right above a busy street. You need ear plugs if you want to sleep peacefully.
