Overall okay, but some details made the stay less enjoyable.

The location is good, close to the center. The interior is cozy and bed was comfortable. Everything in kitchen needed for cooking.

The property needed repairs, for example, the shower was missing part of a door, so it was flooding on the floor. Wi-fi often wasn't working. All these small things made the stay less enjoyable. The indoor yard wasn't private so I didn't really enjoy it as people dry their clothes in the yard and have access to the seating area.

The property has everything we need during our stay. It was fresh and clean.

spacious. like a little home. It is close to bus stops and shops. We enjoyed walking around the area. The owner is also contactable easily on whats app.

broken shower door- the bathroom floor gets wet after each use. The owner did not mention when we arrived. I have to report it. There were mosquitos on our last night, maybe because we had opened the back door for sometime.

Wonderful city break in Athens

The place is nice and cosy, with a good location close to nice restaurants. We love walking and we walked a lot around the area and to Acropolis area (approx 30min walking from the place). The staff was very nice and supportive and answered very quickly to all our requests. She allowed us to have late check-out that was very helpful for us.

The apartment needs some fixing here and there.

Perfect stay, and great value for money. The property itself is like a true home. It has all the necessary amenities (coffee machine, washing machine, clothes iron, fully equipped kitchen). Tastefully decorated, smart tv, remote lighting, etc. It's what one would wish for when choosing an apartment over a hotel room. The communication with Maria, the host, was truly enjoyable. Professional, but warm and fun person, and she catered to all of my inquiries. Will definitely choose Maria's apartment when coming back to Athens. Thank you, Maria!

Primero, no se detalla que es un trastero rehabilitado, no es un apartamento!! Carece de limpieza alguna… el suelo sucio y nos encontramos pelos, baño sucio y con manchas hasta de pasta de dientes en el espejo, ducha rota, objetos de la cocina sucios como sanwichera o cubiertos Tambien se dice que tenemos derecho a patio, pero es un patio abierto a cualquiera del edificio y carece de privacidad alguna ni de seguridad, ya que cualquiera puede llegar a tu estancia. Lo peor es que contactamos con la propiedad para organizar una limpieza y esta, nos dice que envia a alguien, pero nunca fueron a limpiarla. Nos miente
