Security and great location!
Comfortable house for up to 16 people, in a gated community (Condomínio Pedra Verde), near the green of Serra do Mar, and with walking access to 3 beaches (5 minutes from Lázaro beach, 15 minutes from 'Domingas Dias' beach and 20 minutes from Sununga beach).
The address: 301 Jade Street, Pedra Verde Condominium, Ubatuba, about 500 meters from the beach (see on google maps).
3 beaches reachable on foot! Escape from traffic in high season and holidays.
Airy house.
Quiet, tree-lined condominium with little movement and great security.
Facilities: barbecue, freezer, fridge and microwave. Two cars can be parked at the house and others nearby, as the street is quiet and well guarded.

Supermarket and bakery 3 minutes by car, just outside the condominium.
Next to Saco da Ribeira, where there are schooners to Anchieta Island.
Tenant only needs to bring bed, table and bath linen.

A casa é perfeita, em local de fácil acesso. Muito arejada e limpa, conforme é apresentada nas fotos e no vídeo de apresentação.
O dono da casa é super atencioso, sempre mantendo contato para saber se está tudo ok. Não tivemos nenhum problema em nossa estadia, desde a chegada no condomínio até a partida.
A praia é perfeita para viagens com a família, muito limpa e o mar bem calmo. Foi uma semana muito agradável e tranquila. Iremos voltar, com certeza.
Super recomendo!!!

Passamos um fim de semana maravilhoso. A casa é muito bem conservada limpa e arejada. O João Paulo foi super atencioso e muito legal com a gente. Já recomendei aos amigos e voltarei com certeza em janeiro.
