Charming 1,500 m2 villa for up to 15 people, 5 independent suites, all with air conditioning!

In the outdoor area we have covered barbecue, kiosk with hammock, showers for beach arrival, large garden full of trees and orchids, slackline for sportsmen and space for 07 cars or vans.
The main house has an integrated kitchen room with 30 channels satellite TV, DVD, movie collection, wi-fi, powerful sound with iphone / mp3 player input, comfortable sofas, dining table and skol bar fridge!
The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, 6 burner stove, 02 large refrigerators, blender, water filter and washing machine, cutlery, etc.
We have everything close by, supermarkets, pizzeria, restaurants, marinas for boat rentals, boats, besides the incredible Enseada Beach that is 100 m (flat and quiet access)
Enseada Beach has a privileged position that has transformed it into a great tourist pole of Ubatuba. One of the reasons is to be close to the Urban Center of Ubatuba, benefiting from its structure.
Another reason is the Bay of the Cove itself, which provides good points of mooring near the beach and at the Saco de Ribeira pier, which is next door. This provides easy access to companies that take Schooner Tours around Anchieta Island and Praia das 7 Fontes.
