Super recomendo!! A casa é tudo que está descrito e muito mais,alugo pelo aplicativo há anos e posso dizer,fui surpreendida tudo muito além do esperado,a casa é top,tem tudo que imaginar,e os proprietários dona Valdeia e Gustavo são sempre presentes,muito prestativo e atenciosos !! Viajamos em um grupo de 15 pessoas, só familiares, procurávamos uma casa bem estruturada por que a Ideia era justamente passar um final de semana juntos, sem a intenção de ir para rua.
E a casa nos atendeu em todas as necessidades, casa limpa, espaçosa, acomodou com conforto todos nós, ar condicionado nos quartos é um diferencial já que o litoral faz muito calor já essa época, área externa e de lazer também não decepcionam, uma churrasqueira grande e todos os equipamentos necessários para um belo churrasco, a piscina também é boa. Além do Sr Gustavo e sua mãe se mostrarem muito solícitos desde antes do check in até a hora de irmos embora.
Recomendo e volto tranquilamente quando voltar para Caraguatatuba.

Já dias antes do chekin o locador já coloca um time em contato com o locatário. A casa realmente é tudo o q mostra no site e qualquer detalhesinho fora, o time resolve simples e tempestivamente. A atenção ao locatário é total. Altamente recomendável.
