Casa da Raia has 8 furnished suites to accommodate up to 27 people, all with beds. All suites have air conditioning. A very good feature is that the house has 3 suites on the lower level, making it easier for people who cannot climb stairs.
The accommodation layout is as follows: Suite 1 - double box bed and single box bed and bunk bed, Suite 2 - queen-size double box bed and bunk bed, Suite 3 - double box bed and bunk bed, with a workstation for a notebook, Suite 4 - balcony overlooking the river with a double box bed and a single box bed, Suite 5 - balcony overlooking the river, with a double box bed, an upholstered sofa and a closet, Suite 6 - two single box beds and one double box bed, Suite 7 - double box bed and one single bed, and Suite 8 - double box bed.
Spacious room with upholstered furniture, wooden chaise lounges and a TV, connected to a dining area with two tables, one with 6 chairs and the other with two wooden stools.
Complete kitchen with all household utensils, microwave, grill, electric oven, 2 blenders, juicer, mixer, two sandwich makers, coffee maker, hand mixer, electric fryer. Set of pots, large pots for broths, stews, glasses, cups, mugs, cutlery.
Gourmet area with sink, barbecue grill with grates and skewers, knives and cutting boards, double-door refrigerator. Laundry area with sink and washing machine.
For the group's leisure, there is a delightful outdoor area with a garden, shower, chairs and sun loungers, and a wonderful lap pool.
For kids, or even adults who enjoy games, we have an arcade machine with over 5000 games.
We have parking for 2 to 3 small cars, but since the area is very quiet, parking in front of the property is easy.
We provide bed linen and towels; please confirm this when booking.
We will leave 4 bicycles free of charge for the group's leisure; in the area there is a bike path that goes all the way to BR 101 (Rio Santos).
Easy access to the city center by buses, vans, and motorcycle taxis.
When booking, please consider the correct group size, specifying the exact number of adults and children, so we can better accommodate your group and prepare the rooms according to your needs. Our offer on the website is proportional to the group size, with a starting price for 10 guests and a daily rate of R$ 100.00 for each additional guest. We are open to negotiation if the group has more guests. Please contact us via message.
For New Year's and Carnival, we have prices on the website for group packages of up to 20 people. Message me if your group has more than 20 people so we can negotiate.
