Well-kept three-room apartment just renovated in a farmhouse, in the quiet of a large garden.
The apartment, well insulated both thermally and acoustically, consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen (TV, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, convection oven, espresso machine, food processor) with access to the garden, where possible to have lunch / dinner.
The living area is equipped with a sofa and armchairs, a 40-inch TV, a Yamaha Bluetooth audio system, and access to the garden.
The bathroom is large, with a shower and a washing machine.
The room with access to the garden is quiet and very spacious.
At your disposal everything you need for small children (camping cot, high chair, changing table) and a comfortable extra bed.
